If diesel is above $3.50/gal at our dock on the day of your trip, we will have to implement a fuel surcharge as follows: - For INSHORE Trips: $3.51-$4.00/gal add $50; $4.01-$4.50/gal add $100 - For OFFSHORE Trips: $3.51-$4.00/gal add $175; $4.01-$4.50/gal add $350
PAYMENT POLICIES/BOOKING TERMS
Payment - We accept cash, checks (write out to "Victory Sportfishing"), and PayPal. If paying via PayPal, you must add 3% to the total in order to cover Paypal's fee. - Please be sure to tip the crew on Exile. 15-20% is customary. The crew works hard so you can enjoy your trip.
Booking Terms - We require a 50% deposit on all Charters. This deposit must be paid within one week after we confirm your trip with you in order for us to hold the date you booked. Trip must be paid for in full before the boat leaves the dock. - We require a 50% deposit on all Open Boat Trips. This deposit must be paid within one week after we confirm with you that your Open Boat Trip is pending (pending until we have 4 or more Open Boat requests for the same date) in order for us to hold your spot. The remaining 50% must be paid before the boat leaves the dock.
Open Boat Conditions: An Open Boat Trip will not take place until 4 or more people have requested the same date. When this happens, all people who requested the date will receive a confirmation email that the trip is taking place. Once the boat has its max capacity of 6 people for an Open Boat trip, the date will become red on the Charter Dates Calender since the boat is full for that date. Note: Until we have 4 or more people for an Open Boat Date, a Charter request for the same date has priority over the Open Boat Date and will bump the Open Boat Trip. If this happens, people who requested the Open Boat Date will receive an email that explains this has happened. They will be refunded their deposit, or they can put the deposit towards another trip. As soon as the first person requests an Open Boat Date, we will do our best to try and fill the boat for that date so the trip can take place.
Cancellation Policy - If you must cancel your trip, do so at least one month before your trip is planned to take place, otherwise we will not refund your money. I've never seen guys fish with such passion! They devote so much of their time striving to give their clients the best fishing experience possible! I have never seen a crew work so feverously and work together so well! Ricky worked the cockpit nonstop with such intensity that I didn't think was possible! Frank is so experienced and doesn't miss a thing. Exile is the best that I have fished with to date! I really want to thank these guys for helping me get my first (and second) white marlin. - Ron W.
